How to Register?

Step 1: Go to AppMaa.com website and click on Register button. Provide the required information in the Sign up form and Click on register button. An verification link will be forwarded to your email. After successful verification , you will be redirected to the AppMaa GST Portal automatically.
Step 2: After successful verification through email the following screen appears
Step 3: Enter all details as per the information provided by you to GST Authorities and click on Save button. Now you will be redirected to GSTIN Form Collector Dashboard.
Step 4: If you want you can add additional GSTIN (Company) Forms by clicking on “Add New GST Form” button. Select the GSTIN form using Radio button and start entering the Business Contacts. You can Enter/Upload the Customer or Vendor Contacts in the “Business Contacts” box.
Step 5: If some one shared with you a GSTIN form, you will receive a mail and SMS with a link. Click on the link and you will be redirected to the GSTIN Form screen. You can save this form and Share your GSTIN form to others by Clicking on “Save and Share your GSTIN Form”.

How to add your Customer / Supplier?

Step 1:  Click on “Add a Contact” button in Business Contacts box to add a contact directly.
Step 2: Enter the Contact details and Relax! Once the contact is entered successfully, AppMaa Form Collector will do the required follow-up thru SMS and Emails. Details about collected GSTIN forms will be informed to you thru a daily status report.
Step 3: Click on “Download Excel Template” button in Business Contacts box. A standard Excel template will be downloaded.
Step 4: Enter your Customer or Vendor details with in the Excel sheet. Please note you have to use separate Excel sheets for Customers and Vendors. Do not change the Excel Column Names.
Step 5: Click on “Upload Contacts ” button. A popup screen appears and upload the Excel file and choose the Category of contacts i.e., Customer / Supplier. Click on Upload button.
Step 6: Once the contacts are uploaded successfully, AppMaa Form Collector will do the required follow-up thru SMS and Emails. Details abut collected GSTIN forms will be informed to you thru a daily status report.

How to Download your Customer / Supplier?

Step 1: You can download your Customer/Vendor GSTIN forms either by clicking on the individual GSTIN link in the Business Contact box or by clicking on the “Download GST Info to Excel” button.
